Before you get in touch

Quick answers

More in our FAQs.

Do I need a GP referral?

No. You can contact us directly. With your permission, we’re happy to share findings with your GP (family doctor) or specialist.

What happens after I send a message?

A member of our team will reply, usually within one working day. To speak to a clinician sooner, book a free call.

Is the call really free?

Yes. It’s a free, no-obligation conversation with a clinician to understand your concerns and suggest a sensible next step.

How much do programmes cost?

It depends on the programme and tests you need. See costs in our FAQs; we’ll always confirm prices in writing before you start.

Need urgent help?

CogMission is not an emergency service. If you or someone you care for has sudden confusion, signs of a stroke or another emergency, call 999. For urgent advice when your GP is closed, call NHS 24 on 111.
