Can’t get to Edinburgh?
Many of our consultations take place by video call, so you can work with us from anywhere in the UK. Blood tests can be arranged with a visiting phlebotomist near you.
Contacting us for someone else?
Many enquiries come from family members. You’re welcome to get in touch on someone’s behalf, and relatives are encouraged to join appointments.
Employers and organisations
Interested in brain health or menopause workshops for your team? See our corporate programmes or mention your organisation in your message.
Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can contact us directly. With your permission, we’re happy to share findings with your GP (family doctor) or specialist.
What happens after I send a message?
A member of our team will reply, usually within one working day. To speak to a clinician sooner, book a free call.
Is the call really free?
Yes. It’s a free, no-obligation conversation with a clinician to understand your concerns and suggest a sensible next step.
How much do programmes cost?
It depends on the programme and tests you need. See costs in our FAQs; we’ll always confirm prices in writing before you start.
